Two industries we know from the inside

We build across sectors. These two we understand properly, because we've built and run our own products in them rather than reading about them in a discovery workshop.

Everyone else

Not in either of those?

Most of what makes software work well is not industry knowledge - it is understanding a process properly, modelling the data correctly, and being honest about what should not be built. Those transfer.

What industry familiarity buys you is speed in discovery and fewer naive questions. Where we don't have it, we say so and we spend longer listening. That is a better arrangement than a supplier claiming expertise in a sector they read about last week.

Tell us what is slowing you down

A short conversation is usually enough for us to tell you what it would take to fix it, and what it would cost you to leave it alone.
